    Pure Valley beef and veal is sourced from selected cattle producers from the renowned cattle growing areas of South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers district of NSW. All the yearling cattle and veal are pastured reared with no added hormones.

    The size and quality of the yearling beef and veal is carefully graded to ensure the individual cuts meet the requirements of the retail and smallgoods manufacturing markets who are looking for quality small meat cuts.

    The Pure Valley brad of beef is exclusively owned and marketed by Australian Wholesale Meats in the domestic market and Dunnett & Johnston Group for export.

    The Pure Valley brand meets all the regulatory and QA requirements for the domestic and export markets including Halal with a broad range of eligible countries.

Our award winning cattle are Angus Charolaise and are finished for 110 days on a hand select ration of grains, which are also grown on our farms and in the local farming district.
