AWM source an extensive range of tender, flavoursome grass fed and grain fed beef from the highest quality producers in Australia, including niche product such as cattle processed under Halal certification and light pasture fed yearling veal (both certified organic and non-organic).     Pure Valley beef and veal is sourced from selected cattle producers from the renowned cattle growing areas of South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers district of NSW. All the yearling cattle and veal are pastured reared with no added hormones.

    The size and quality of the yearling beef and veal is carefully graded to ensure the individual cuts meet the requirements of the retail and smallgoods manufacturing markets who are looking for quality small meat cuts.

    The Pure Valley brad of beef is exclusively owned and marketed by Australian Wholesale Meats in the domestic market and Dunnett & Johnston Group for export.

    The Pure Valley brand meets all the regulatory and QA requirements for the domestic and export markets including Halal with a broad range of eligible countries.

    The Mort family was amongst the first settlers in Grandchester, a picturesque hamlet within the Darling Downs region of South East Queensland, establishing a cattle run in 1849 that spread over 60,000 hectares. Today, that original property still remains within the family.     The distinct flavour of The Prestige Beef is developed over time. These free range cattle graze on pastures in the New England country side.  The depth of flavour comes from the cattle being raised on lush grasslands and then finished on local grain.     Our Platinum cattle are specifically selected for their grain feeding performance to produce a consistent texture and flavour.     Australian Food Processors Pty Ltd is a joint venture of AWM Sydney, Dunnett & Johnston and Managing Director, Paul Allen. AFP sources premium Hormone Growth Promotant (HPG) free, grass fed natural beef from the renowned Northern Rivers region of NSW. AFP processes cattle at Casino Abattoir and provides superior beef to an extensive domestic and export market. This diverse range of locally processed meat allows customers choice, flexibility and consistent access to quality Australian produce.

    For the last 10 years John Dee has held pride and place in the Australian domestic market with its Yearling beef brand Banksia. Young sweet beef flavours flow through every cut available, and the quality is second to none. We only select the best quality cattle to produce this product range and it gives us the control needed to keep a wonderful product at the top of the market. Clean, fresh and pure flavours shine through, texture is always soft. Fantastic for retail, excellent for foodservice.
