Family owned Rosedale Ruby Beef is 100% hormone and antibiotic free and comes from cattle raised on our pristine native pastures in South Eastern Australia. The British Euro cross bred genetics of our cattle promote hybrid vigour and produce the full flavour taste and tenderness, for which Rosedale Ruby Beef is famous for. Our award winning cattle are Angus Charolaise and are finished for 110 days on a hand select ration of grains, which are also grown on our farms and in the local farming district.
